Answers to the questions distributors ask most often.

What is your minimum order? Wholesale starts at 10 units. Retail buyers can order a single device. That is deliberately low so you can test a flavour in your market before committing to volume. How long does delivery take? We ship from stock as soon as payment clears, so the wait is courier transit rather than a production queue. Are you the manufacturer? No — we are an authorised AL-WAHA distributor. AL-WAHA builds the hardware; we hold stock, handle export and ship to you. Buying from an authorised source is how you avoid the counterfeits that are common in this category. Which markets can you ship to? Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, Africa and Latin America are our current focus. Regulation differs everywhere and several countries prohibit import outright — ask about yours and we will check before answering. What documentation comes with the products? Product documentation — TPD, CE, RoHS, MSDS — is issued by the manufacturer and varies by model. Tell us your market and we will confirm what is available for the specification you need. Can you supply own-brand product? Not at present — we distribute AL-WAHA under authorisation. If you need own-brand manufacturing, tell us the volume and we will let you know whether we can route it through the manufacturer. How do I get pricing? Send an inquiry with the models, quantities and destination market. We reply within one business day with pricing, availability and the certifications that apply to your market.
